Nutraceutical actives
TRI-05 — Precision polyphenol-class active
In development. A polyphenol-class precision active with a mechanism distinct from existing polyphenol approaches, targeting gut health as the entry point. Pursuing a US Self-Affirmed GRAS pathway, with foundational safety and characterisation work underway through an academic partnership.
TRI-03 — Upcycled side-stream bioactive
Discovery stage. An active derived from a co-product of our existing process — first-in-class, with no direct commercial precedent. Early characterisation; concept still forming.
Cosmeceutical actives
TRI-02 — Antioxidant-rich cosmeceutical active
In development (partner-gated). An antioxidant-rich active drawn from the platform's lipid fraction — co-produced from the same feedstock as our nutraceutical actives. Routed through the EU cosmetics pathway (CPSR), which carries a lower regulatory barrier than novel-food or GRAS. Advancing as a strategic partner engages.
TRI-06 — Cosmeceutical active (exploratory)
Early exploration. A further cosmeceutical candidate under evaluation, extending the platform into skin and topical applications.
The through-line
Every candidate above comes from the same place: one engine — Teroka — one set of upcycled feedstocks, and the same principle — precise modulation, cleanly extracted, built to formulate. As Teroka's wetlab-and-computational loop maps more of the ecosystem, the pipeline grows with it.
