Tim Mak, Trilliome's co-founder and CBO, gives a guest lecture for the Geneva College of Longevity Science (GCLS) on Monday, October 12, at 15:00 Zurich time. The lecture is online.

In "You Are What You Eat: Microbiome Longevity From Ecosystem Biology to Precision Biotic Interventions," Tim starts from a simple point: food shapes our health through what our gut bacteria make of it. With age, shifts in the gut community drive barrier breakdown, chronic inflammation and metabolic decline. Tim shows how precision bioactives can selectively feed the gut's own beneficial bacteria, why that matters for the gut barrier, metabolism and the brain, and how clinicians can put it to work for healthspan.

Thank you to Prof. Dominik Thor and the GCLS team for the invitation.
