Trilliome is a MassChallenge Switzerland 2026 Startup Winner.
As we age, the gut loses the few bacteria that make the body's own medicine: the molecules that calm inflammation, steady blood sugar after a meal and talk to the brain. Those bacteria are still there, just quiet. Trilliome makes a small molecule, taken in milligrams, that wakes them up again. Brain and metabolic health first, women's health next. Our first product reaches the US market in 2027.
